All of our products are made with care. Some garments are hand-printed, meaning slight variations in colour, placement, and texture may occur. These are not faults — they are part of the uniqueness and individuality of Sabi & Soul products.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 6 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 7 — SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery is usually completed within 1–3 business days via Royal Mail or equivalent. All items are carefully packaged and quality checked before leaving our studio.

SECTION 8 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. To start a return, please email us at hello@sabiandsoul.co.uk. Please do not send any items back without prior contact.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

SECTION 9 — WARRANTY
All Sabi & Soul products are made with care and covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or improper care, normal wear and tear, accidents, or unauthorised alterations.

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at hello@sabiandsoul.co.uk with proof of purchase and a description and photo of the issue.
