Tracked standard delivery within UK (3-5days) - £3.50

Tracked fast delivery within UK (1-2 days, order before 3pm) - £4.50

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. For other requests, drop us a line at hello@sabiandsoul.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do.

We try to dispatch all parcels within a day of order however as we are a small team and are advocates of the slow life we ask for your patience in those rare occasions we’ve accidentally chilled too hard.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this link to monitor your delivery status.

MISSED OR DELAYED DELIVERIES.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

1. Check your confirmation email to verify shipping details and review the estimated delivery date.
2. Track your shipment using the link in the shipping confirmation email.
3. Packages may be left with neighbours or in a safe location, so check around and ask if anyone else has received it.

PO BOX ADDRESSES.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses at this time.

ORDER NUMBERS.

A unique order number is emailed to you upon confirmation of your purchase. If you cannot locate your order confirmation, please reach out with your name, address, and the date of your order.
