We want you to love your t-shirt as much as we do. If there’s a fault with your item, we’re here to make it right.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your item develops a fault within a reasonable period of time after purchase, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing faults (e.g. torn seams, holes, faulty stitching)
  • Major print defects (e.g. misaligned or missing prints not intended by design)
  • Fabric flaws that affect wearability or appearance
  • Issues noticed shortly after purchase that are not due to misuse

What’s Not Covered:

  • Minor variations in print or placement due to the hand-printing process — these are part of the unique character of each item
  • General wear and tear
  • Damage caused by washing outside of care label instructions (e.g. heat damage, shrinkage)
  • Stains, snags, or stretching from regular use
  • Items purchased over 6 months ago (unless otherwise agreed)

We assess all claims on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
